                                             Sunday, March 7, 2010, 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

 

Exhibit Setup/Tear Down

                                             Setup: Wednesday, March 3rd, 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m

         Tear Down: Sunday, March 7th after 10:30 a.m.

 

Furnishings Provided       

                                             (1) Six foot table, draped and skirted

                                             (2) Chairs

 

Print Specification for Ads received by November 15, 2009         

                                            

  • Format: Press-ready, high resolution 300dpi PDF and native files
  • Color: 4-color CMYK
  • Content: product or generic is acceptable
Dimensions:

  • Full page: live area = 8.5” x 11”, add 1/8” on all sides for bleeds
  • Half page Horizontal:  live area = 7.75” x 5”

                                             All marketing opportunity art work is due by Monday, November 15, 2009

Marketing Opportunity:

 

$1400 - Full page color marketing opportunity, highlighting a maximum of one product (Artwork deadline is November 15, 2009)

 

$1200 - Half page color marketing opportunity, highlighting a maximum of one product (Artwork deadline is November 15, 2009)

Shipping Instructions 

 

Each exhibitor will need to address their shipments accordingly:

The hotel will accept shipments no earlier than 2 days prior to the set up date of the convention.  Shipment handling charges will apply as follows: 0-49 lbs. are $5.00/ box,   Over 50lbs- $25 per box.  Pallets and cases are individually charged by weight.   Fees include:  receiving, handling, storage, delivery to meeting room/booth, handling of outgoing shipments (not shipping charges)

If your company has AV and/or Electrical needs for your exhibit space, please use this AV/Electrical order form  provided by the Naples Grande Resort to arrange these services directly with the hotel vendor.
