The 2018 American Glaucoma Society Annual Meeting will be held from March 1 – 4 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

 

Submission of Paper/Poster Abstracts will be open August 31 to October 12, 2017.

 

Member Registration will open on October 11, 2017

Non-Member Registration will open on November 16, 2017.

 


 

Registration Fees

Registration price includes entrance to all four days (March 1-4, 2018) of annual meeting symposium, lecturers, workshops and roundtables, as well as entrance to the Welcome Reception and Gala Reception.

There is no single day registration price for the meeting, Information regarding housing will be included in your email confirmation after meeting registration has been completed.

Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration you must notify the AGS offices by February 2nd, 2018. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

There will be NO REFUNDS granted after February 2nd, 2018.*

*If you have an emergency and cannot attend please contact the AGS offices. Refund requests after the deadline are reviewed on a case by case basis and will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration fee.

 


 

Do you need to claim your CME for 2017?

You may claim a maximum of 23.25 CME Hours and if you participated in the pre and post test for SACME, 8 hours of 23.25 may count towards Self Assessment CME (they are dual credits counting towards SACME and CME).

The breakdown by day may assist you with entering your credits, please enter the TOTAL number of credits to claim CME. 

  • Thursday, March 2 - Up to 6.5 Hours
  • Friday, March 3 - Up to 7 Hours
  • Saturday, March 4 - Up to 5.75 Hours
  • Sunday, March 5 - Up to 4 Hours

Example:  If you participated in the pre and post-test for SACME you may automatically claim 8 Hours of "SELF" and if you attended every day of the meeting except for Sunday, you can claim an additional 11.25 hours for a total of 19.25 hours.
