Registration Fees

Registration price includes In-Person and Virtual access to all symposium, lecturers, paper and poster sessions, as well as daily breakfast and entrance to the Closing Event onsite.

AGS members attending in person will also have access to workshops marked on the schedule as "AGS Members Onsite Only". These workshops will not be available to nonmembers and will not be available virtually.

When registering, you will be able to indicate your intention to attend In-Person or Virtually only and you may change your selection at a later date. There is no discount for attending virtual only.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration you must notify the AGS offices by February 7th, 2024 at 5pm PST.

A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

There will be NO REFUNDS granted after February 7th, 2024.*

*If you have an emergency and cannot attend please contact the AGS office. Refund requests after the deadline are reviewed on a case by case basis and will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration fee.
