Pre-registration for the AGS Annual Meeting has closed. Please visit the Onsite Registration Desk at the meeting to register.

Thursday, 14 March: 6:30am to 6:30pm

Friday, 15 March: 7:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday, 16 March: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Sunday, 17 March: 7:00am to 9:00am

Registration Fees

Registration price includes entrance to three days (March 14-16, 2019) of annual meeting symposium and lecturers, as well as entrance to the Welcome Reception and Gala Reception.

AGS members will also have access to a futher half day of workshops and roundtables on Sunday March 17 at no additional charge. Non members will not be able to register for these sessions.  

There is no single day registration price for the meeting.

AGS Members: $535

Non-Members:$700

Fellows, Residents & Students: FREE

Spouse/Personal Guest: $225

Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration you must notify the AGS offices by February 4th, 2019. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

There will be NO REFUNDS granted after February 4th, 2019.*

*If you have an emergency and cannot attend please contact the AGS officesat ags@aao.org. Refund requests after the deadline are reviewed on a case by case basis and will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration fee.
