Browser Choice is Critical

Chrome is the strongly recommended browser for optimal performance. Access with Firefox and Safari should also be possible. Take time in advance to check that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser. The application will not work on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Check with your IT department to ensure that you do not have any corporate blocks, firewalls, or VPN on your computer that will prevent access.

‘Refresh’ can be your friend during virtual meetings. Periodically refresh the site on your computer! Use refresh shortcuts or use the reload icon next to the site URL.
