New Exhibiting Companies
Interested in exhibiting for the first time?
The American Glaucoma Society welcomes new companies to exhibit at our annual meeting. Each company is invited to submit information for review.
Eligibility to Exhibit
Eligibility to exhibit at the AGS annual meeting is determined solely by the Leadership. Exhibits are generally restricted to companies whose products and services are related to ophthalmology/glaucoma or the related medical field.
Companies that have not exhibited previously at an AGS annual meeting must be approved to exhibit.
Prepare to submit the following materials for review:
- A summary about your company
- Your website information
- Reason for exhibiting
- List of product(s) or service(s) you intend to exhibit/promote at the Academy's annual meeting
- Digital example(s) of your sales materials
Due to numerous complaints, companies with cosmetic products and services are no longer invited to participate in the AGS meeting.

o Provide the following:
§ Company summary
§ Reason for exhibiting statement
§ Promotional materials
§ List of products and services
