Exhibitor check in and installation will be open at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach on Wednesday 2/28 from 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Your exhibit must be set-up before exhibit hours open at 7:00am on Thursday, 2/29.

When you arrive, please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet which will contain important meeting information.

Your exhibit staff badges will not be included in your packet. Individual exhibit staff may visit any ‘Pre-Registered’ self-check-in kiosk to print their badge at their convenience.

Shipping, Furniture & Exhibitor Kit

AGS has partnered with Heritage VS to provide full exhibitor services for the meeting. You can arrange all your furniture and shipping needs at Heritage website.

Attendee Mailing Lists

Exhibitors may send mailings to registered meeting attendees for a fee, subject to pre-approval by AGS management.

Lead Retrieval

AGS has partnered with Cvent to offer exhibitors the option of purchasing electronic lead retrieval at the AGS Annual Meeting.

Exhibitors can use their own devices or rent a device to scan badges and gather attendee contact information (emails will only be distributed with attendees permission).

Virtual Exhibit / Online Directory

As part of AGS exhibit booth packages, exhibitors are also provided with a virtual exhibit on the virtual meeting platform in addition to the physical booth. This is also referred to as the online directory.
