Pre-Registration Now Open for AGS Members

Pre-registration for the 2020 AGS Annual Meeting is now open for AGS members. Registration for non-members will open on on November 12, 2019

Nonmembers wishing to attend the meeting must be sponsored by an AGS member, and should be prepared to provide the name of their AGS member sponsor if requested.

Registration Fees

Registration price includes entrance to three days (February 27-29, 2019) of annual meeting symposium and lecturers, as well as entrance to the Welcome Reception and Gala Reception.

AGS members will also have access to a further half day of workshops and round-tables on Sunday March 1 at no additional charge. Non members will not be able to attend these sessions.

There is no single day registration price for the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration you must notify the AGS offices by February 4th, 2020. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

There will be NO REFUNDS granted after February 4th, 2020.*

*If you have an emergency and cannot attend please contact the AGS office. Refund requests after the deadline are reviewed on a case by case basis and will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration fee.
